There's stiff competition in the mid-range smartphone segment. Huawei P Smart Pro comes at a price of around $529, which makes it competitive in this segment of the market.
Both sides of Huawei P Smart Pro is made out of glass. The screen on the front side measures 6.59-inches. It basically covers the entire area, since the phone lacks sensors and the selfie camera pops-up at the top when needed. Hence, Huawei maximises screen estate in this way. What happened to the fingerprint sensor then you might ask? It can be found on the side and is part of the on/off button.
The look and form of this phone resemble the Huawei P30 series design. The blue colour shade Breathing Crystal yields a cool look. This is one of the three available colours for the P30 and P30 Pro models.
The Pro in the name implies a fast Kirin 710F processor and 6 GB of memory. There are three rear cameras with the following resolution: 48 MP, 8 MP and 2 MP. More detailed specs are listed at GSM Arena.
Huawei P Smart Pro release date
Huawei will release the phone this month. What happens with Huawei's trade ban? Well, officially Huawei smartphones can't use Google services for new phones. However, this phone was developed before the ban as P Smart Z. The P Smart model launched earlier this year is essentially the same phone, but with more memory and a larger camera. Hence, the Android license is still valid for this phone.
