Lovers of gaming and those who love to play and honor their inner child, listen up. This one is for you! Nintendo is releasing the much anticipated Nintendo Switch 2 in 2025.
The gaming console company released the first-look trailer, showing off the sleek new hardware of the device.

The trailer shows off some exciting designs, and many of them allude to previous models of Nintendo Switch. Lovers of the console will be happy to see this new generation brings back the much-loved detachable controllers – but with a new Joy-Cons design, and the ability to play the console in hand-held mode. There is a redesigned dock for docked mode handheld gaming connected to a TV or other external display.
While Nintendo has yet to release the specs and the price, rumours speculate that we can likely look forward to a longer battery life and more storage. We also don’t yet know the exact release date of the Nintendo Switch 2, but rumour has it that it is coming this year!
However, there has been a sneak peak into a potential new Mario Kart game, likely the next installment in the iconic game series.
