Samsung has revealed their Samsung Galaxy S25 series — introducing the S25, S25 Plus, and the S25 Ultra.
This new edition to the ever-popular and classic Samsung Galaxy phone is sharp and sleek, with its rounded corners and flat edges. This exciting new phone also features advances in AI functionality.
Screen size has taken a boost this year, with the Ultra enjoying a screen size of 6.9 inches, without the actual device growing much larger than the previous generation, thanks to engineering.
Samsung has taken a focus on AI in this new generation, with the S25 series running on One UI 7 software, coming with built-in AI features. For example, the AI can help you stay organised and keep track of important events and dates. You can take a photo of a flyer about your child’s school fair, and the AI will add the event to your calendar and also send your spouse an email with details of the event. This can be a game-changer for busy bees who want to improve their calendar keeping skills, and be present for the moments in life that matter most.

Samsung is also focusing on personalisation. There are two new features designed to help streamline your day. The “Now Brief” widget provides morning and evening updates, such as the weather forecast and your calendar events. The “Now Bar” provides live info from apps such as Google Maps and music onto your lock screen, helping you stay up to date with what is going on around you.
The Samsung camera receives an improvement in this generation too, with a new 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Close-up macro shots can also now capture more details.
Lastly, Samsung is making steps towards sustainability. The S25 lineup is using more recycled materials. For example, the batteries are built with 50% of recycled cobalt from returned Galaxy phones.
